Sarah - good morning. Just a note to say great job on the French nightmare!
I put in a Pearl head joint which fitted perfectly. You have set up the action beautifully!
Your grit, sweat & expletives have truly paid off, a big thanks! Just gotta reform my whole
mouth to blow the original head joint, my nightmare.

Just to say thank you for what you did with my flute.

“Obviously it looks a lot better, but it is playing superbly and I'm getting a tone that I had completely forgotten about!. No problems to date, smooth action and very responsive to ornamentation for trad stuff.”

Great Job!

“Sarah is able to give pertinent advice on all aspect of woodwind instrument repair & maintenance. She is customer focused and seeks to provide the best solution to any given instrumental need. She is personable and professional in approach and I can highly recommend her to woodwind instrumentalists. She plays Saxaphone herself so knows the needs and concerns the player as well as the repairer.”

One very happy daughter.

“One very happy daughter Rachel when I saw her yesterday lunch time and told her to bring Daddy’s flute home from school . . .  She tried hers after school and was delighted with the results (and not to be having to play Daddy’s any more).”
